Parkers Sandbar was built by people who grew up in this industry and chose to stay close to home. Hailey, who leads the restaurant, comes from a family that ran a nearby establishment and saw an opportunity to create something sustainable for her own growing family. What started as a seasonal idea became a year-round commitment to serving the people around us.
